We are happy to offer Shipping within the US. All shipping is delivered via USPS priority mail. Lume Lux + co. is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Failed deliveries can be disputed with the postal service and is no responsibility of Lume Lux + co. We will do our best to assist lost packages in any way we can within our capabilities, but cannot make any guarantees of retrieval.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to Covid - We are not currently accepting any returns. Exchanges can be made In Store ONLY within 10 days of purchase in original condition, with tags attached and a valid receipt, for store credit only. Lume Lux + Co. reserves the right to deny any exchanges based on the above section. We appreciate your business!
