  • Where do you ship?
    We are happy to offer Shipping within the US. All shipping is delivered via USPS priority mail. Rates are calculated at check out, and based on item weight and distance to be delivered to. Lume Lux + Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Failed deliveries can be disputed with the postal service and is no responsibility of Lume Lux + Co. We will do our best to assist lost packages in any way we can within our capabilities, but cannot make any guarantees of retrieval.
  • Who do I contact if I have an issue with my order/shipping?
    Please contact us at Lumeluxco@gmail.com with the subject SUPPORT. We will do our best to assist you in any way we can, however we do not accept returns from online orders at this time, and can't be held resposible for lost or damaged items due to the postal service.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to Covid - We are not currently accepting any returns. All Online Sales are FINAL. Exchanges can be made In Store ONLY within 7 days of purchase in original condition, with tags attached and a valid receipt, for store credit only. All skin care, wellness brands, jewelry and face masks are FINAL SALE. Lume Lux + Co. reserves the right to deny any exchanges based on the above section. We appreciate your business!
