Where are you located?


We are located right outside of downtown Boston, in Brighton's Oak Square, at 6 Tremont St, 02135




What are your store hours?


We're OPEN 7 Days a week! Monday-Tuesday-Friday 11-6, Wednesday-Thursday 12-8, Saturday 9-3, and Sunday 10-4. Hours may vary. Our online shop is open 24-7!




Where do you ship?


We do ship! Currently ONLY within the continental US. Shipping rates are calculated at check out, and based on item weight and distance to be delivered to.




Who do I contact if I have an issue with my order/shipping?


Please contact us at Lumeluxco@gmail.com with the subject SUPPORT. We will do our best to assist you in any way we can, however we do not accept returns from online orders at this time, and can't be held resposible for lost or damaged items due to the postal service.




What is your return policy?


All ONLINE sales are FINAL. We are ONLY accepting in store exchanges within 7 days of original purchase, in "as new" condition with tags attached for store credit. All skin care, wellness brands, jewlery and face masks are FINAL SALE.
